This one is straight from the ah… legendary rappers mouth.
Faster Louder reports that in an interview this morning, the influential hip hop artist and long time weed smoker B-Real confirmed that Cypress Hill will be heading down under in September to tour their new record, Rise Up.
“We look forward to actually coming down to Australia in September and rockin” B-Real remarked, going on to say that he was fairly certain that it would be a national tour, although no official dates have been announced yet.
Rise Up is Cypress Hill’s eighth full length studio album, their first since 2004’s Till Death Do Us Part, and marks their debut release with Priority/EMI records. They were the first signing to the imprint by its new creative chairman, Snoop Dogg.
