Baauer Announces 2015 Australian Tour

Baauer has already been announced on the bill for Newcastle’s fresh boutique festival This That but now he’s unveiled that he’ll be sharing the love with the rest of the country.

The Harlem Shake creator will play five dates on top of This That in Australia with two more shows scheduled for Christchurch and Aukland.

Since flying to number one around the world in 2013 with his viral hit Harlem Shake, Baauer has become one of the most in-demand producers in the world. In the past year he’s worked with Fetty Wap, AlunaGeorge and BoysNoize.

Baauer was last in Australia as part of the lineup for Future Music Festival in 2014. Since then he’s been playing to huge audiences at festivals across Europe and America and also whipping up the occasional salad with our very own What So Not.

In Sydney and Brisbane the NYC producer will be playing Halloween shows bringing the late-night spooks. Unfortunately, if you were planning to get along to the Sydney show, it’s already sold-out so you may have to stick to staying at home and carving out your pumpkin.

Expect these intimate shows to be very sweaty and wildly energetic.
