Big Scary ‘Big Scary Four Seasons Tour’ March/April 2011

Melbourne’s Big Scary will be hitting the road in support of their combination Mini-EP Album, The Big Scary Four Seasons. It is their first headlining national tour in March and April.

Released in December, The Big Scary Four Seasons was a year long seasonal project that saw Big Scary’s Tom Iansek and Jo Syme experiment with diverse styles and sounds, something that has since become a Big Scary trademark.

Performing hits from the Autumn, Winter, Spring and Summer EPs – Big Scary will also be playing their latest single, ‘All That You’ve Got’ which will be serviced to radio on Monday 14 February.

The second single from the seasonal compilation, ‘All That You’ve Got’ is Big Scary at its purest. A short, sharp, punchy track – comprised of trademark Iansek guitar and wailing vocals, coupled with Syme’s heavy hitting drums.

2011 looks certain to maintain the sizzling pace set in 2010 by the independent duo, which saw Iansek and Syme pick up numerous international and domestic supports, solid radio airplay plus a nomination for Triple J’s Unearthed Artist of The Year.

Currently in the studio writing, Big Scary’s highly anticipated debut (due for release late 2011) is already attracting the attention of high profile international collaborators.
