Big Shaq Returns To Australia With Wiley & More For ‘Grime Music’s Biggest Ever Tour’

UPDATE: Australia’s First-Ever ‘Eskimo Dance’ Grime Tour Has Been Cancelled

ORIGINAL STORY: Australia, whip out the Spray N’ Wipe, because you’re about to get hit with a sh*tload of ~grime~

Skrrat! Ya boi Big Shaq of ‘Man’s Not Hot’ fame will be returning to our shores later this year alongside a legion of UK grimelords, more specifically Wiley, Lethal Bizzle, Devlin, P Money, BBC Radio 1’s DJ Target and Rude Kid.

Hitting our shores this October, Wiley’s original grime rave Eskimo Dance — billed as ‘Grime Music’s Biggest Ever Tour’ — will take over venues in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

If you need some backstory on Eskimo Dance, the event spawned in the UK in 2002 and has been instrumental in the rise of the grime genre.

Over the years, Eskimo Dance has become a platform that’s shaped some of the biggest names to emerge from the scene to date, including Wiley and Lethal Bizzle, plus Skepta, Dizzee Rascal and many more.

And now, it’s headed down under for the very first time!
