After a massive 2016 that saw Birds Of Tokyo release their heaviest album in almost a decade and smash out a tour of Aussie capital cities, the Perth five-piece have decided to keep the momentum going and unveil a regional tour of Australia.
Mere hours after being announced on the lineup for Queensland’s Big Pineapple Music Festival, the Birds have announced a slew of dates around the country that will bring the love to places including Margaret River, Bunbury, Newcastle, the Sunshine Coast and more. They’ve also just unveiled the new music video for their track ‘Harlequins’.
“We love heading into regional areas because it gives us an opportunity to meet people outside the big smokes and share the music we have created,” the band say in a Facebook post.
The guys also recently snuck into spot number 100 in triple j’s Hottest 100 of 2016, with their massive single ‘Brace’.
The ‘Harlequins’ regional tour will take place throughout March, and tickets are on sale now. Catch all the dates below.
