Bleeding Through To Throw In The Towel Following Europe Tour

Ouch, right in the heart. Seminal metalcore outfit Bleeding Through have announced today that following a run of shows throughout Europe, they will be calling it quits.

News broke via the band’s Facebook following a very brief status confirming what many people had suspected – that this will be the last we hear of them. The band commented, “Hey Europe come see us play the “Hit The Deck Festival” Stay tuned for complete dates. This will be our final European tour…… I know that some of you know this already. Many don’t…. Some people already think we are done. Starts in April”.

From that post, guitarist Dave Nassie elaborated through his own comment, adding, “I respect my band mates and all the hard work they put into the band before I joined. Unfortunately, yes man. I have been open about how I don’t want it to happen. But, like I said I didn’t build it. Just have loved every min of it and one person can’t keep it alive as much as I have tried. Please come out and see the band I have truly loved being apart of one last time. Dave.”

It appears that structurally the band had now been sound for some time now.

The last studio effort we heard from the band was 2012’s The Great Fire, which dropped early that year. This is sure to leave a gaping hole in the metal and hardcore community.

R.I.P Bleeding Through.
