Peter McNeal, former drummer of American Alternative Rock band Cake has been charged for child molestation regarding a child under the age of 10. McNeal joined the band for 4 years, touring the album Comfort Eagle.

It is reported that McNeal was arrested last month by Los Angeles police and released on $250,000 bail. It is also believed that there may be more than one victim.

McNeal has been charged for a similar act in 2009 when it was alleged that he attempted to molest a young girl, however the case was ‘unclear’ and was acquitted.
