You Can Direct Panic! At The Disco’s Music Video For ‘Victorious’

Sure, Panic! At The Disco may have already released a killer music video for their single Victorious but now the band have challenged kids from around the world to do a better job.

All you need to do is download the track and then insert it behind your own footage. There’s a required opening you have to use but apart from that you have free rein.

The competition is being put on by Panic!, Music Choice and the All American High School Film Festival and as a result the only criteria for entry is to be of high school age or younger.

There are a heap of prizes available, with the top videos selected to be screened at the AMC Empire 25 Theatres in Times Square, New York. The winner will also have their video air across Music Choice’s various multimedia platforms and will be announced at the 2016 Teen Indie Awards in October. They’ll also be asked to direct an episode of Music Choice television show Behind The Lines.

“As my fans know, I love to interact with them—whether it be online or at shows,” said Brendon Urie of the competition “I can’t wait to see the submissions we get from budding creatives around the world to bring the music video for ‘Victorious’ to life!”
