We’ve got another taster of a new track from Donald Glover, aka Childish Gambino, ahead of the December release of his sophomore full-length effort, Because The Internet, with Telegraph Ave appearing online, although Mr Glover himself ain’t too happy about the leak.
The almost Drake-esque number, which features some some singing from the 30-year-old over a cruisy beat, wasn’t meant to see the light of day just yet, with Glover tweeting “im pissed. this song was not supposed to come out tonight”, followed by “im trying to create one of the more imaginative rollouts, and other people’s lust for money and impatience is ruining it”.
Glover’s rolling with the punches, though, following up the leak by revealling a leak of his own, a remix of the track by Perth’s own rising EDM star, Ta-Ku, which you can download here. We’ve had quite a few tasters of the forthcoming album now, which sees an Australian release on Friday, 6th December.
