Glasgow trio CHVRCHES will be heading our way this summer as part of the Laneway Festival 2016 lineup, and today they have announced two extra headline shows to accompany their festival appearances.
The band will play two solo headline shows, one at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Thursday 4th February and another at Melbourne’s Forum Theatre on Tuesday 9th February.
They will be spruiking their impressive sophomore record Every Open Eye as well as beloved tracks from the successful debut Bones of What You Believe.
Australia’s Laneway Festival kicks off at Adelaide’s Hart’s Mill on Friday 5th February, before heading to Brisbane Showgrounds in Bowen Hills on Saturday 6th, Sydney College of the Arts at Rozelle on Sunday 7th, Melbourne’s Footscray Community Arts Centre on Saturday 13th and Fremantle’s Esplanade Reserve and West End on Sunday 14th.
