If you’ve been reading the music news feeds over the last couple of days it won’t come as a surprise for me to say Alice Glass from Crystal Castles has broken her foot.
What you maybe a little unclear on is whether or not the Crystal Castles are still touring with the Big Day Out and also continuing with their side shows. Anthony Hess spoke to Ethan Kath late last week about the possibility of the band not touring and canceling all of their Australian tour dates.
Happily I can tell you the show must go on and the Crystal Castle have performed at the Auckland leg of the Big Day Out and have hit Australia shores. Their side show tomorrow night in Sydney is still going ahead as well as all of their future dates.
Get down and see Ethan and Alice perform – if you can’t get down to the Sydney side show hit up the Big Day Out on the 27th of Jan (remember the 2 for 1 ticket deal!) and see the Crystal Castles perform one legged, without the help from alcohol.
