Dan Sultan has cancelled his upcoming shows in Brisbane and Adelaide this week due to a “personal emergency”.
Sultan broke the news on his Facebook page this afternoon, with a statement explaining that his Magnetic shows in Brisbane on Wednesday, 9th November and in Adelaide on the 10th won’t go ahead as expected.
“Dan Sultan and band sincerely apologises to all of his fans in Brisbane and Adelaide, and hope to make it up to them in the very near future,” the statement reads.
The post doesn’t explain anything other than that there had been an “unexpected personal emergency”, and advised that ticket-holders can obtain a full refund from their point of purchase.
At this stage, Sultan’s shows this Sunday, 13th November in Melbourne and on Saturday, 19th November in Sydney are expected to go ahead as normal.

Tickets to the Adelaide and Brisbane show can be returned to the point of purchase for a full refund.
Both the Melbourne show on 13th November and Sydney show on 19th November will be going ahead as planned.
