Danny Brown Blasts A$AP Mob, Says “Album Reviews Are Forever”

Danny Brown says he’s more interested in his reviews than his income, while blasting A$AP Mob. Taking to Twitter, Brown alleged that the Harlem hip-hop crew, led by frequent trouble-maker A$AP Rocky, cut him from their recent track Hella Hoes, on which he was supposed to feature.

“If u took time out your busy ass schedule to do a feature for somebody and they cut u off the song without telling you .. would u be hot?? Or does that mean my verse was wack?” an angry Brown wrote on Twitter over the weekend. “Or maybe n-ggas just don’t fuck wit me no more,” he added.

Brown reiterated sentiments he expressed during a February Twitter rant, writing, “Fuck it[,] all this rap shit fake anyway.” After a follower suggested he “get on the hella hoez remix,” Brown confirmed that it was indeed the track he was cut from. “They cut me off it and didn’t even tell me,” he wrote.

“Made me waist [sic] a day off going to the studio i was on the road at the time had to pay for studio,” he continued. “You worry about what’s in your bank account .. I worry about my Metacritic score … u can’t die wit ya money but album reviews are forever,” concluded the Detroit rapper.
