After wowing both fans and national tastemakers with just a demo release of his latest single You’re The Cops. I’m The Crime, Davey Lane has now released the official studio version of the single alongside its very own snazzy video clip.
The bedroom recorded demo of You’re The Cops. I’m The Crime was more than enough for Lane to get his point across. That version of the track pricked up the ears of just about all who concern themselves with such things including Drum Media and Brag who both crowned the track ‘Single Of The Week’ in April.
This is the first offering from Lane’s upcoming debut EP The Good Borne Of Bad Tymes. The full release is expected to drop Friday, 6th September.
To top it all off, Lane will be hitting the highways of Australian in support of the release throughout September and October, giving fans just enough time to learn the words before the songs are unveiled on the road.
