Dead Letter Chorus have announced some Australian tour dates to coincide with the release of their long-awaited sophomore effort Yearlings.
Yearlings is a complex yet ultimately approachable offering from the Sydney five-piece. A raw song cycle detailing the highs and lows of a love affair, exploring familiar territory with profound insight. New love, contentment, rot, ruin, hope and all of their satellite emotions delicately weave and wind throughout this collection of sublime vignettes.
Kicking off this September 16th at Perth’s Speakeasy @ The Villa, the band will pay a visit to Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club on September 30th before a sure to be happy homecoming show at Sydney’s King X Hotel on October 1st. Dead Letter Chorus will round out the tour in style at Brisbane’s Old Museum on October 6th.
Yearlings will be released on Friday the 26th of August.
