Earl Sweatshirt Cancels All Upcoming Tour Dates Due To Health Problems

Despite having some absolutely huge shows announce for the near future, hip hop prodigy Earl Sweatshirt has cancelled all his upcoming tour dates. This includes his impending support slot for Eminem and a number of slots internationally acclaimed music festivals.

Australian fans of the rapper are pretty darn lucky. It appears that following his tour here with Tyler, The Creator, Earl came down with a serious case of pneumonia. The illness was the reason behind his cancelled performances at Bonnaroo and Firefly Music Festival earlier this month and it’s believed to be the reason behind these new cancellations.

Earl was set to open for Eminem during the iconic rappers European tour dates which would be followed by a run of dates with Mac Miller and appearances at stateside festivals Hopscotch Music Festival and Rock the Bells.

By all accounts is seems that the pneumonia won’t effect the release of his new album Doris which is still attached to its July release date.
