Ellie Goulding Announces Intimate One-Off Gig In November

Ellie Goulding has announced a special treat for her adoring Australian Fans. While the UK songstress is in town for a publicity tour – performing on X-Factor where she will be unveiling her new single Anything Could Happen – Goulding will be performing an up-close-and-personal show at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory.

Still yet to reach her cruising altitude, Goulding has already experienced career highs most of her peers will only ever read about. After her debut album Lights became the best-selling album in the UK for 2010, Goulding became one of only two artists to top the BBC’s sound of 2010 poll, as well as receiving the Brit Critics Choice award. The only other artists ticking that box was Adele.

It was only a matter of time before Ellie Goulding fever spread throughout the world, garnering something like 2.2 million album sales worldwide with Lights. Now the world’s attention is squarely focused on her sophomore release Halcyon. By most accounts, the album seems to be plodding along nicely in the footsteps of its older brother.

It’s with her new album that Goulding will be making her Australian debuts. The intimacy factor that happens at OAF is sure to bring her music to life in a way that no iPod ever could. This is a one-only, so no messing about: get tix quick!
