Enter Shikari Announce 2012 Australian Tour Dates

Written by Mike Hohnen on July 13, 2012

In town earlier in the year for Soundwave, Enter Shikari will be heading back down under, bringing with them the chaos, mayhem and huge riffs that come with their live show.

Enter Shikari has earned a rep as one of the most innovative acts around. Their latest album A Flash Flood Of Colour was as unpredictable as it was awesome and the other release, Common Dreads, Take To The Skies, etc are all gifts that keep on giving.

The band remains as thought provoking as ever, choosing to voice their socio-economic opinions with out coming off as preachy in the slightest, lets face it, they make it cool. According to Vmusic, NME labeled Frontman Rou Reynolds as a man “set on destroying everything: the speakers, the monitors, the Barfly, himself, our ear-drums and, most impressively, the divide between band and fan” an apt assessment for those who have witnessed the band live previously.

So for those who missed them at Soundwave, or those who have missed them every other time they’ve visited, now is your chance to see for yourself the madness of an Enter Skikari gig that everyone talks about.
