Written by Mike Hohnen on May 30, 2013

Way Of The Eagle, also known as writer, producer, and composer extraordinaire Jan Skubiszewski, will tomorrow release his debut music effort, a 4-track collaborative EP entitled Rattlesnake, which features some of the best home-grown talent on offer, and you can get your first taste of the whole thing right here on Music Feeds!

With a Rolodex full of musical heavyweights both local and international, Way Of The Eagle hit up Daniel Merriweather, Dan Sultan and Tin Pan Orange’s Emily Lubitz to feature on the release.

Already the title track and first single from the release, Rattlesnake, featuring Dan Sultan, has been given an appropriately Red Dead Redemption-styled video clip (below) and is getting some solid rotation over on triple j.

You don’t have to dig too deep to find work bearing the fingerprints of the man known as Jan Skub. His previous projects include Jackson Jackson, where he teamed up with The Cat Empire’s Harry Angus, as well as lending his abilities to films including Two Hands and Bran Nue Day, with his name also appearing on albums from Mark Ronson, John Butler Trio, Plan B and Bliss N Eso.

The Rattlesnake EP will be available to purchase tomorrow, Friday, 31st May, but you can stream the whole thing below right now! Enjoy Way Of The Eagle!
