After a hugely successful debut last year, Fairgrounds Festival is officially returning for a second romp in the hay.
The south-Sydney based carnival of music and discovery has just dropped its dates for 2016, and will once again be taking over the iconic township of Berry for two days: Friday, 2nd December and Saturday, 3rd December.
Pencil it into your daybooks, because this year’s event is going to be even bigger than last year’s (as sequels normally are) which featured a stacked lineup of national and international acts including Ratatat, Father John Misty, Royal Headache, Mercury Rev, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Meg Mac and loads more.
As well as packing markets, movies and artisan food and beverages from neighbouring estates alongside a diverse lineup, there’ll also be a few new additions to proceedings this year too, with the introduction of live music to opening night festivities and an entire section of entertainment for kids.
Not to mention a whole bunch of camping and accommodation options to suit all your festival needs.
Stay tuned for the 2016 lineup, dropping soon.
