Fall Out Boy Check In From The Studio…With Elton John

Sir Elton John is a seriously busy man these days – not only will he be featuring on the new Queens Of The Stone Age album, and is currently working with Ai Weiwei, but we now have considerable evidence to prove that he will also be part of the new Fall Out Boy album as well.

The news came when frontman Patrick Stump tweeted a photo of the pair vibing out at what is presumed to be a mixing desk at Fall Out Boy’s own recording studio in Atlanta. As I’m sure you are all very aware, the band are gearing up for their brand new album Save Rock And Roll, which is sure to have a track with Elton in it – had you not connected the dots already?

It must be pretty bright in the studio for Elton to need sunnies, though it may just be testament to how friggin’ HOT the album is going to be. The band are certainly excited for the release, announcing the release date then shifting it forward to start to mid-April. So Patrick and Elton better get a wiggle on and finish up whatever they’re working on!

In a matter of weeks the band will be in town performing a brief run of shows, so…good.
