UPDATE: The 2017 Beyond The Valley lineup has now been announced.
ORIGINAL STORY: Victoria’s annual Beyond The Valley festival has teased its “biggest” lineup yet by revealing the first international act to be confirmed for this year’s event.
LA rapper ScHoolboy Q is the first act to be announced for Beyond The Valley 2017, after he was also announced on Perth’s Origin NYE lineup last month. The full BTV lineup is expected to be revealed next week.
Last year’s Beyond The Valley featured huge acts like Chance The Rapper, Hudson Mohawke, DZ Deathrays, What So Not and Ladyhawke.
This year, the festival will return to Warragul’s Lardner Park over four days this December, wrapping up in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
Aside from what we’ve been told will be a “massive” lineup, punters can also expect some improvements to the festival site, “amazing” food, drinks and deluxe camping options.
