If that second or third coffee just isn’t doing its thing this morning, Dr Music Feeds has the remedy for you – the first listen to Into My Arms, the brand-new single from Sydney garage punk outfit Bloods that we reckon will have you either dancing in your undies or singing into your hairbrush, or possibly both.
Into My Arms is just under two minutes worth of gloriously bratty garage punk. It’s the second slice we’ve heard from their forthcoming debut studio album Golden Fang, following their highly-acclaimed first single Back To You. The band count Cat Power, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Kate Nash amongst their fans and it’s not hard to see why, with this high-energy ode to long distance love.
And as if the new tune wasn’t enough, the trio have just announced their Golden Fang EP Tour, which will see them bring their brand of short, fast and loud to Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle and Adelaide this August, as well as shows at Brisbane’s BIGSOUND festival in September.
Golden Fang is released nationally on Friday, 9th August.
