FLRL offer up free recordings

Written by Michael Carr on January 20, 2011

Local supergroup FLRL (Fashion Launches Rocket Launches) have just released their first run of recording for free on their blog. Made up of a nucleus consisting of Midnight Juggernaut Daniel Stricker, Lost Valentino Jono Ma, Jack Ladder Kirin J. Callinan and Djanimal Julian Sudek, FLRL are an improvisation based collective, and these recordings, put together over the past year or so showcase their diverse sound.

You can download the songs here, just click the little arrow on the side of the soundcloud boxes.

They’ll be playing their first show in ages at GoodGod tonight as part of the first Siberia Nights of the year, along with Nhomea and Mani Neumeier from Guru Guru.
