Flume Releases Mental Music Video For ‘Insane’

Written by Mike Hohnen on August 22, 2013

EDM wunderkind Flume has today released the official video for current single Insane and, much like you’d expect from the track title, of the track, all stops have been pulled out in order to make a clip that’s totally mental.

The clip follows a female character as she motorbikes her way through the ending of 2001: A Space Odyssey after suffering a serious case of palmstrobe. That’s when things start to get a little Dragonball Z-esque. You’ll see what we mean.

Featuring the stunning vocals of Sydney native Moon Holiday AKA Alex Ward, who also appears in the clip, Insane will be very familiar to fans, given that it landed smack bam in the middle of Flume’s chart-topping self-titled debut album, which dropped last year to the overwhelming approval of even the most pedantic music lovers.
