Gang Of Youths Have Allegedly Been Robbed After Their Tour Van Was Broken Into

Gang Of Youths have run into more bad luck on their current US tour, with their van allegedly being broken into.

The band shared a photo of themselves ahead of their show in Nashville today, writing in the caption, “1 broken Guitar, van broken into and all our laptops gone, tornado warnings but we’re here Nashville.”

We already know that frontman Dave Le’Aupepe’s guitar was allegedly damaged by US airline Delta, but the van being broken into is a more recent incident.

According to the band’s Instagram story, they also had to go to US food chain Panera Bread before the show to find wi-fi and re-download some samples which were on their stolen laptops.

Music Feeds has contacted Gang Of Youths for further comment.

Gang Of Youths are currently in the thick of a US tour which saw them play at South By Southwest in Austin, Texas last week. Along the way, they also made their US television debut on Late Night With Seth Meyers.

They’re not due to wrap-up until June, and while it’s not the best start to the tour, the show seems to be going on.

If bad things come in threes, then hopefully this is the last stroke of bad luck for the boys. Check out their Instagram posts, below.
