Two more bands have been added to the already impressive Golden Plains Sixxx 2012 line-up. The line-up now includes New Jersey guitar pop band Real Estate and Melbourne band Total Control, which contains a combination of several other bands rolled in to one.
Real Estate are from the Garden State, New Jersey and play a dreamy, catchy, breezy brand of guitar pop. Their latest album Days has rave reviews all over the place. This will be their first trip to Australia and their hammock-rock-pop will be ideally suited to a lazy autumn afternoon.
Total Control, which consists of members of UV Race, ECSR, and Straitjacket Nation have come together to make a proper band out of people from other bands. Bleak ballady electro; predicting the future from the past to pick the musical frontier that appeals to them the most. At the time.

Golden Plains is a premium festival set in the greatest of outdoors on an epic long weekend. There are no commercial sponsors or commercial signage onsite, it’s BYO and it all happens at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre at the start of Autumn.
