Good Life Festival Won’t Go Ahead In 2017

After seven consecutive years, Good Life festival has announced that its infamous under-18s event will not take place in 2017.

But the news isn’t all doom and gloom for the teenagers of the Australia, because Good Life organisers have indicated this won’t be the end of the festival forever, and it will return in 2018.

In a statement, organisers Frontier Touring say the decision not to hold the event next year is due to top-shelf acts they hoped to secure being largely unavailable, and organisers being “unwilling to compromise on line-up quality for fans”.

The 2016 edition of Good Life was blessed by a stellar lineup which featured the likes of RL Grime, A$AP Rocky and Marshmello.

Although there won’t be a full festival in 2017, Good Life is still throwing a scaled-back warehouse tour in Sydney and Brisbane, with details to be announced soon.

The 2016 edition of Good Life gained media attention for all the wrong reasons, after a teen was jailed for kicking a security guard in the head.
