Guns N’ Roses Are Sending Out Cryptic Tweets, Bolstering Those Reunion Rumours

First there were rumours (wrong ones) that Guns N’ Roses were reuniting for Soundwave and then Fred Durst said he had a feeling that there were getting back together and now the band themselves have seemingly fuelled the fire, sending out a few cryptic tweets.

Bar a few retweets and throwbacks gunners haven’t properly tweeted anything of huge significance for a long time, but now they’ve broken their silence writing, “Whatever happened to no news is good news?”

“Of course today everyone is a journalist. If only they could read lips… Surely they’ll read between the lines,” they further said in the series of tweets.

It comes after Scott Weiland, who once fronted Slash’s supergroup Velvet Revolver, told Alternative Nation, “I think that Guns N’ Roses are getting back together.”

“It was probably way overdue, you know. But it’s, you know, it’s very cool at this point. You know, let some of that, sort of, negative … dispel some of that negative stuff that was going on for so long.”

Speculation is rife right now with the most detailed claim coming from Blitz who said that the band will reunite in Portugal next year after signing a $1.5 million deal with a promoter to play a two-hour live show.

Of course, absolutely nothing has been confirmed but these tweets at least show that something is bubbling in the Guns N’ Roses camp. Watch this space.
