UPDATE: First Harbourlife 2013 lineup announcement is here – check it!
Harbourlife 2013 organisers have announced that the full lineup for this year’s event will be arriving as soon as tomorrow, Tuesday, 13th August, in the afternoon. It’s going to be a big year for the festival, who will also be celebrating their 10th anniversary at Sydney’s Mrs Macquarie’s Point.
Just today, a video was uploaded in the event’s honour, amping up the impending announcement, and if you pay close attention you’ll notice that the footage is set to the musical stylings of Detroit techno and house DJ Moodymann (AKA Kenny Dixon Jr or KDJ), strongly suggesting he will be part of this year’s festivities.
It’s certainly a possibility, considering the booking power the event has demonstrated over the years, pulling well-known names such as Flight Facilities, Flume, The Temper Trap and Metronomy.
This year’s shindig all goes down where it usually does, on the picturesque Fleet Steps across from the Royal Botanic Garden in Sydney – right on the harbourside with sweeping views of Sydney as the backdrop.
Ticketing information and a full announcement can be expected tomorrow afternoon, along with that all important lineup.
