Triple J darling Alex The Astronaut has returned with a fresh endearingly sweet folk jam dubbed ‘Waste Of Time’.
Arriving ahead of her appearance at Adelaide’s spin-off festival tomorrow and Splendour In The Grass this weekend, the singer-songwriter’s cheery new single flaunts her trademark quirky lyricism and relateable storytelling.
“Lately I’ve come to find that all I want is one incredible waste of time,” she sings, contemplating undue pressures that have kept her running life’s race and longing for some precious time to do sweet FA.
