Lorde has come good on her teasing, today unveiling her new single ‘Perfect Places’, the latest taste of her upcoming new album Melodrama.
The Kiwi singer-songwriter has previously called ‘Perfect Places’ (below) her “favourite thing” she’s “ever done”. “It truly sounds like nothing I’ve heard in the best way,” she said.
‘Perfect Places’ also follows on from previous Melodrama tracks ‘Green Light’ and ‘Liability’.
Lorde will return to Australia in July to perform a headline show in Sydney, but no other shows have been announced for her trip just yet.
Melodrama is set for release on 16th June, with over 50 Aussie venues set to host listening parties for the album on launch day.
