Dear Inner-Westies, A+ Marrickville watering hole The Vic has got your New Years Day plans sewn up, with their annual self-titled bash returning for another romp.
Organisers of the free Vic On The Park event have just poured out a lineup to froth over, topped by surf-rockers Hockey Dad.
You can also ring in 2017 and soothe your inevitable NYE hangover with the fuzz-rockin’ sounds of Unity Floors, Betty & Oswald and Greenwave Beth, with old mates Donny Benet and Kirin J Callinan spinning tracks in DJ mode til late into the night.
“Bring your pooch, bring your kids and get in early for lunch before the carpark kicks off at 1PM,” organisers proclaim via the official Facebook event.
