Due to a personal family emergency, Ingrid Michaelson has regrettably postponed her upcoming September tour to Australia. The quirky songstress will instead tour Australia with her new album Lights Out in March 2015.
The captivating chanteuse was due to visit Australia for a third time later this year, starting out on Friday, 19th September at Sydney’s Metro theatre before heading to shows in Melbourne, Brisbane and Fremantle. Those shows have now been postponed until March 2015 and tickets will be transferable to the new dates.
Lights Out, Michaelson’s sixth album, was released early this year and debuted at #5 on the US Billboard chart. Its boundary-pushing lead single Girls Chase Boys has also been a hit, as has its charming clip which parodies the video work of Robert Palmer.
