Jessie J has cancelled her show at the Vector Arena in Auckland on Tuesday 28th February have after unforseen production delays arose from the concert rehearsals. She has sent out apologies to all her fans.
The statement is as follows:
“You guys have no idea how disappointed I am that I am unable to start my tour how I intended to, by meeting my amazing New Zealand fans. I promise I will be back as soon as I can to give you a show you’ll all remember. Thank you for all your support and once again I am so very sorry”.
In order for everyone to be clear about the situation it has been decided that refunds will be given rather than wait for a definite re-scheduling of the show.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and any inconvenience that this will cause.
Ticketholders that purchased from Ticketmaster using a credit card will automatically receive a full refund onto their card and nothing further need be done.

TICKETMASTER REFUND PROCESS:
For all tickets booked online or by phone, the credit card used in the booking will automatically be refunded. Please allow up to 5 days to receive your refund. If the original credit card you used for the purchase has been cancelled, please contact us on 970-9700 to arrange a refund cheque.
If you made your booking at a Ticketmaster outlet please return to the original outlet where the booking was made with your ticket(s) and credit card used to purchase in hand to obtain your refund.
