John Butler Offers Free Download Of ‘Mystery Man’

Australia’s favourite musical hippie John Butler is showing the love even more than usual today – he’s offering a free download of a track from his brand new live album.

Fans can download the track Mystery Man by heading over to JB’s SoundCloud page.

The track was recorded live on Butler’s recent Tin Shed Tales tour in Western Australia – and also appears on a special double CD of the same name – which was released in stores and online via iTunes today.  So, if you like what you hear – you can go and purchase the whole thing via your favourite outlet.

Butler’s record company, Jarrah Records, has described the release as one that: “truly captures John Butler in a completely new light, not only as the skillful musician stripped back and bare but as a humbled and relaxed performer. It’s as if he’s hanging out with a bunch of close friends as he engages the audience, interspersing his music prowess with anecdotes, some of which will make you laugh and move you, and others which might well give you food for thought.”
