Melbourne five-piece, The Delta Riggs have been confirmed as the support act for Leicester rockers Kasabian when they head to Australia this August to celebrate their fifth studio album, 48:13.
The Delta Riggs have been tearing up European stages over the last few months including key performances at The Great Escape and punctuated by the legendary Jimmy Page turning up at their show at Notting Hill.
The bandb recently released their rapturous single The Record’s Flawed from their forthcoming record Dipz Zebazios, which followed the swaggering Supersonic Casualties, which the band revealed is one of Page’s personal favourites.
Dipz Zebazios is slated for release this September just after The Delta Riggs complete their run of national dates with Kasabian. Tom Meighan told Music Feeds earlier this year that fans can afford to have high expectations when Kasabian come to town this August. “Expect big things. Expect a bigger but more refined rock band. More grown up…”
