L7 Announce Australian Headline Tour, Following Soundwave Cancellation

UPDATE 04/03/16:  L7 have postponed their upcoming tour until October 2016, due to a family health emergency. See updated tour dates below.

Original Story: ’90s grunge legends L7 have finally announced that they are heading down-under for a string of dates cross the country in May.

The American four-piece were announced on the lineup for Soundwave 2016, however, following its cancellation in December 2015 they were forced to reschedule the dates.

“Believe us when we say that we are as disappointed as you are,” they wrote on their Facebook at the time.

The band rose to prominence during the ’90s as part of the grunge and riot grrrl movements. They released six albums throughout their decade-long career but called it a day in 1999 following their final record Slap-Happy.

They reunited in 2014, however, and have since got straight back to business tearing up stages all across the world like no time has passed at all.

This will be the first time they have visited Australia since they reunited. Check out all the details below.
