Not having released any new material since 2003’s Between Darkness & Wonder, UK outfit Lamb are getting ready for the release of the fifth studio album, surprisingly titling it 5. The album is set for release on 05/05/2011, waiting till 2055 not fitting with their label’s release schedule, but expect a re-issue.
The album, artwork featured above, will also be available in a limited edition deluxe release. Pre-order the album before February 5th and you’ll receive a hard-back book, a bonus disk with instrumentals, alternative mixes and outakes, lyrics sheets, a pull out poster, a song by song commentary from the band, and a personal “thank you” with your name (or anyone’s you nominate) printed in the sleeve notes.
