Lana Del Rey Shares Snippets Of New Album Title Track ‘Honeymoon’

Lana Del Rey has been slowly releasing information about her much anticipated new album for some time now, and the drip feed continues as the singer has uploaded snippets of the album’s Honeymoon title track and video to Instagram.

It all began last week when the singer took to her own Instagram account to share the lyrics of a new song along with a link to a mysterious new Instagram account, with the username honeymoon.

Here followers found a 15 seconds snippet of a new track and video by the singer. Although short, the snippet suggested the new song would be typically brooding and stylised. She has followed suit again today, posting another short clip, showing a close-up of her face as she sings, “We both know-that it’s not fashionable to love me”.

Again, brooding and sad. It’s all sounding very Lana Del Rey-ish.

Last month, Lana Del Rey announced to an audience during a live performance in Washington State, that Honeymoon, the album, will arrive this September.

We also know that Honeymoon will contain at least nine original new tracks, as well as a cover of Nina Simone’s Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood with production from pop maestro, Rick Nowels and maybe even Mark Ronson.
