Laura To Tour WA For The First Time This Weekend

Written by Mike Solo on June 8, 2012

Melbourne post-rock stalwarts LAURA have announced shows for Perth and Fremantle this weekend, marking their first time in Western Australia. The band’s last studio album Twelve Hundred Times was a return to form for the band, following an extended hiatus and lineup changes.

After touring with Japan’s BORIS earlier this year, they play Melbourne, Dandenong, Perth and Fremantle this weekend. Notably, support at the Rosemount in Perth comes from the fantastic Usurper of Modern Medicine, who themselves toured the East Coast and New Zealand earlier this year and have shared stages with the likes of sleepmakeswaves and Seekae.
