Liam Gallagher Praises DMA’s, Possibly Just To Spite Brother Noel

Liam and Noel Gallagher‘s brotherly feud has been going on for so long that it seems like it has simply become an ever-present staple of the British music scene.

Now it’s been revealed that there’s something else the founding Oasis members don’t agree on — Sydney band DMA’s.

In an interview with GQ Magazine where in typical style Liam revealed his spot on the Falls Festival lineup before the official lineup was announced, he also spoke about his affinity for the Aussie trio.

“I went to see them a couple of weeks ago and I like what I see,” Liam said. “Man, they got some good tunes in there.”

Back in 2015 in an interview with The Music, Noel Gallagher accused DMA’s of being fans of his brother and said he was ready to “boo them” if he ever attended one of their performances.

We’re on Liam’s side to be honest, because who wouldn’t love a band capable of such an amazingly passionate cover of Cher’s iconic track ‘Believe,’ which stunningly came in at #6 in the 2016 triple j Hottest 100.
