Limp Bizkit Making The ‘Heaviest, Most Crazy Metal Record of All Time’

Written by Marc Zanotti on March 8, 2012

When speaking with Billboard Magazine Limp Bizkit’s head honcho Fred Durst claimed that the Bizkit will create the ‘Heaviest, Most Crazy Metal Record of All Time’.

Most likely to be released as an EP, The Unquestionable Truth, Part 2 will be the record through which Durst will supposedly surpass all other metal releases in terms of weight and insanity.

“We’re gonna give out some mayhem and madness … to those people who really lean that way with us,” said Durst.

Freddy D has described the probable EP as a “counter balance” to the “big, fat, ginormous hip-rock songs”. A reference to the forthcoming album with newly joined label Cash Money.

“I”m going to get with the producers, get with the people in the Cash Money camp, go wherever I need to go — Miami, Atlanta… You just come in and you’re there and you give it 110 percent for 12 hours, 24, 36 hours and you leave with a song. That’s the vibe. You go in and walk out with a monster and keep moving forward song after song.”

As for the ginormous hip-rock songs, a new track titled Ready To Go featuring Lil’ Wayne is planned for free download

When speaking about Ready to Go Durst said, “It sounds like a monster; it literally sounds dangerous… It sounds like that left of center, that place of discomfort that created rock ‘n’ roll, created the [heavy] metal, where it all spawned from.”
