Lindsay McDougall & Wil Wagner Star In The Bennies’ Wild New Video For ‘Corruption’

Written by Tom Williams on March 15, 2017

Melbourne bonglords The Bennies have recruited a few familiar faces for their latest music video, which turns their latest single ‘Corruption’ into a wild montage of corrupt POPO action.

Frenzal Rhomb member (and former triple j host) Lindsay ‘The Doctor’ McDougall stars as Police Chief ‘Seymour Butt’ in the clip, while The Bennies play corrupt cops who smoke joints and eat doughnuts before causing havoc (and spewing on babies) around town.

The Smith Street Band frontman Wil Wagner makes a cameo as a busker, while Neighbours actor Matthew Werkmeister and members of Area 7, The Sugarcanes, La Bastard and Sweet Gold also appear.

Watch the video in full, below.

‘Corruption’ appears on The Bennies’ 2016 album Wisdom Machine. The band are currently touring with The Living End on their ‘Staring Down The Highway’ tour.
