LISTEN: Marilyn Manson & Mr. Oizo Collaboration

Written by Greg Moskovitch on June 30, 2013

Marilyn Manson has lent his vocals to Mr. Oizo‘s latest single. The shock-rocker and the electro house producer have collaborated on a track from Oizo’s upcoming EP Amicalement, slated for release 1st July. The track is called Solid and features a hook of Manson repeatedly saying “You look like shit when you dance”.

This isn’t Manson’s first surprising collaboration in recent memory. Earlier this month, the singer teamed up with rapper Gucci Mane to record a track titled Fancy Bitch. Calling the track “the dopest record in the world”, the rapper spoke well of Manson:

He’s cool as hell, I fuck with him hard. He ain’t the averagest white boy. He’s got swag. Me and him together, he don’t get on my nerves. I can stomach being around him. He cool.

Another artist who can stomach being around Manson is apparently Avril Lavigne. As Music Feeds reported back in April, the two recorded a track titled Bad Girl for Lavigne’s new album, set for release later this year. No doubt Manson had enough experience to draw on for such a song.
