UPDATE: Maroon 5 Announce 2019 ‘Red Pill Blues’ Australian Tour

ORIGINAL STORY: Maroon 5 will embark on a world tour later this month in support of their fifth studio album, V and today have announced the addition of two Australia dates to that tour, with the band playing in Melbourne and Sydney this September.

The US pop rock/R&B outfit will be playing Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Saturday September 26th and will take the stage at Sydney’s Allphones Arena on Tuesday September 29th.

Their latest album, V, follows up Maroon 5’s fourth album, Overexposed of which all six of its singles rose to the top of the US charts and set an all time record for the most #1s by a group in the US Top 40 chart’s 20-year history.

V has so far spawned singles like Maps, Animals and latest single Sugar, the video for which you can watch below. Maroon 5 will be joined on their Australian tour dates by Swedish trio Dirty Loops, who will be making their debut trip Down Under.
