Written by Nastassia Baroni on December 4, 2013

Melbourne’s White Night Festival will be back with a well-coordinated splash in 2014 with organisers saying the all-night festival will now cover eight city blocks and include a non-stop synchronised swimming performance at the Melbourne City Baths.

The festival will run for over 12 hours on Saturday 22nd February 2014 from 7pm to 7am, in which time visitors can participate in exhibitions, street performances, fashion, lighting installations, film screenings, multimedia projections, concerts, dance and interactive events in venues, public spaces and cultural institutions all throughout the city.

As part of the expansion for 2014, the Northern Lights Music Stage will feature a bunch of acts throughout the night. The Cat Empire‘s Felix Riebl is set to return for a second year to programme this main music event with acts to be announced soon.

Check out the full list of events on the White Night Melbourne website and stay posted for lineup announcements as they roll in.
