Australia’s favourite regional festival Groovin The Moo has just added another huge name to it’s lineup, today announcing the addition of Iceland-hailing group Of Monsters And Men.
Last week the festival announced the loss of two international headliners – the USA’s Vic Mensa and alternative rockers Mutemath. It seemed at the time that replacing either of the two with any other international acts at such short notice was an impossibility, though Groovin did announce worthy replacements in Aussie producer What So Not and Aria-award winner Jarryd James.
Now the festival has regained some of its foreign flavour, as triple j reports, with the unexpected but welcome addition of Of Monsters And Men who will play exclusively at the Bunbury leg of the festival. The band were already to be touring the east coast in late April, so it’s a perfect fit.
Tickets are selling fast with Maitland and Bendigo dates already sold out, and they’ll go even quicker following this announcement.
Groovin The Moo will kick-off on Saturday, 23rd April in Maitland. Check out the revised lineup below.
