As sure as death and taxes, MUM at World Bar are once again throwing a massive party this Friday night. Here’s the low-down:
It was Mothers Day last Sunday but screw the flowers and breakfast in bed MUM just wants you to come along on Friday night to World Bar for another booming party.
MUM has got loads of her beautiful band children and they have all come home to see their MUM. Deep Sea Arcade are making the main course, The City Riots will be setting the table while Three Month Sunset make the starters and Radio National bring out desert.
Upstairs at MILF there is a Poncho party going down where Short Pants Romance (formerly the Detours), Driftwood Drones, Khamsin Rifles and The Small Affairs are all there for a punch up.
As always there is a million indie DJs till ‘I can’t read my phone’ o`clock. We have the boys from Lost Valentinos (SVU djs) in the front room with Animal Chin, special guest from Purple Sneakers M.I.T., residents Walkie Talkie, Jack Shit and Sammy Ks` first ever gig at MUM.
In the back room the DJs are going to give MUM an extra element of beauty as the gorgeous lovers FiFi does DiDi play tracks followed by the very esteemed Vivienne Kingswood from Bondi Radio and Badwives Djs before the sleezey trio of Ohh! Face close things out and take you back to their place.
