UPDATE 15/11/16: Adele has finally announced her first ever Australian tour dates.
ORIGINAL STORY: Rumours of Adele‘s first ever Australian tour have been all but confirmed, with a television advertisement featuring the English singer-songwriter appearing in Australian and New Zealand over the weekend.
The ad, which you can check out below, fittingly aired during an episode of X Factor Australia, and features a close-up of Adele’s eyes, with her hit single Hello playing in the background.
Adele first teased her maiden Australian tour in July, before reports emerged last month that she will be bringing her Adele Live Tour 2017 down under in March for shows in all five capital cities.
Meanwhile, there’s a reasonable chance that she might be the the “unnamed megastar with a huge accommodation budget” that was named as looking to visit Australia in March 2017.
It will be Adele’s first ever tour of Australia and New Zealand, if she follows through with the official announcement, but signs are looking good.
